Upcoming Clinics and Camps

Explosive Pitching & Throwing Program
- GOALS: ADD VELOCITY, increase overall body strength, build endurance, promote arm health
- Assessed by Theresa Bowers, Doctor of Physical Therapy, to determine strengths, weaknesses, areas for improvement, and flexibility
Explosive Hitting Camp - Hit the Ball FARTHER!
Bat speed increases ball exit speed: the speed that the ball leaves the bat. Why is this important? An increase of 5 mph in bat speed leads to 25 more feet of ball flight.  At our camps last year, we had an average gain of 7 mph with our players and 4 players increased by more than 15mph, including one that improved by an incredible 17mph! Can you imagine what that player looks like at tryouts now, hitting the ball 85 feet farther than he did prior to our camps?
Pitching Camp
1 day per week, 1 hour sessions for hitting and pitching on Sunday mornings. The focus of these camps will continue to be mechanical improvements and skill development. For players 6-18 years old.
Catching Camp
Highly successful 6-week catching camps on Tuesday afternoons from 5-6PM starting January 5, 2016. For players 6-18 years old.
Hitting & Fielding Camp
This popular, comprehensive camp is GREAT for beginners and players still developing their skills for ages 6-13. This camp focuses on the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. This 6-week camp will be held from 6-7 on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
