Elite Camps

This camp is the ultimate combination of advanced baseball training. Drills will be used to teach hitting, pitching, fielding, and baserunning mechanics. Practice time will be used to develop many of the intracacies of the high school game.

Pitching

• Establish fundamentally sound and dynamically balanced pitching mechanics.
• Refine pitch command.
• Develop different pitches.

Hitting

• Establish dynamically balanced mechanics that are easy to understand and repeat.
• Develop the mental approach to hitting to get the most out of each at bat.

Fielding

• Outfielders participate in drills that develop advanced fielding mechanics and a system of communication.
• Infielders take part in drills that develop solid fielding skills and other advanced techniques for playing their position.
