Hitting Camps

Objectives:

• Establish dynamically balanced hitting mechanics that are simple to understand and repeat.
• Commit new hitting mechanics to muscle memory.
• Develop the mental approach to hitting to get the most out of each at bat.

Areas of Instruction:

• Each player will participate in hitting drills to establish and refine their hitting mechanics.
• Tee work, soft toss, and live batting practice drills will be used to develop sound hitting mechanics.
• Classroom sessions to communicate the mental approach to hitting.
• Players will also learn bunting techniques to become a more well-rounded hitter.
